Fresh Purls is the realization of a longtime interest in knitting, yarns and ultimately the people involved in the creative process of using natural materials to create beautiful and meaningful items.

At the beginning of 2007, I decided to leave the corporate world where I had been spending the last few decades. With the support of my loving husband, Frank, and the encouragement of my friends and family, I made the decision to launch Fresh Purls where I can have direct contact with those that share my passion for beautiful and unique yarns.

Fresh Purls is a yarn shop run and operated by individuals that actually knit and crochet on a regular basis. We strive to offer knitters and crocheters an affordable yet unique experience by providing an array of yarns, supplies and classes in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

We strive to provide personal service to share ideas, designs, triumphs and failures with our customers, and build a collaborative environment for customers and friends with similar passions and goals.
